Bonuses and Replacements

All orders of bearded irises include freebie rhizomes, which are chosen by us depending upon order size. Quantities of each iris variety are limited, so we request your permission to make replacements, if absolutely necessary only.

    We can ship your plants by EMS in faster and surer way. Costs are twice a.m. ones.

    Quality warranty

    We ship healthy plants, but if you should think that our plants do not fulfil your expectations, please, let us know that, and we shall replace the plants or refund your money.
    Purchased products are provided with a legal warranty, which covers non-compliance of the goods.
    Possible defect must be communicated by the purchaser within two months from detection date, and for any warranty claim it is sufficient to contact Iride by e-mail, phone or mail.
    The warranty ensures the customer with free replacement of the goods, or contract cancellation; if the product is not available (e.g. for season reasons or if it is out of stock), the customer is offered the opportunity to get a discount bonus, the value of which is equal to that of claimed products, and which can be used for future purchases, or refund of products by means of a bank transfer, based on customer's decision.
    Replacement or cancellation are not applicable, if defect is paltry, and the replacement is impossible or too expensive (e.g. when the claim concerns only a portion of the products included in one package).
    Iride cannot be considered responsible, if the customer did not plant the root stocks within due time, did not comply with recommendations of the section labelled "How to Plant and Grow Irises", or was otherwise careless; Iride reserves the right to have claimed products returned, in order to verify them personally.
